We wrapped up another successful TLS Summer Camp just last week, and we are so thankful to our students, teacher and families for all their hard work! It was a summer full of fun memories, learning new skills, growing academically, and developing new and stronger friendships with students and teachers.
For those families who did not attend this year, our Summer Camp ran from June 13-July 21, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at all of our TLS locations: Worthington, Canal Winchester, Newark and Sunbury.
Each week offered an exciting and fun new theme, with creative ways to learn and grow. The themes encompassed the areas of drama, art, music therapy and dance:
- Inside Out
- Star Wars
- Wizards and Magic
- Wildest Dreams
- Rock ‘n Roll
- Carry Your Flag
Campers also had the opportunity to attend a weekly workshop led by Aaron Lopez (MFA, Hunter Heartbeat Method) and art and music therapy groups.
