Molly Bochenek will be joining the TLS team in January as our licensed independent social worker! She will be providing support to students, families, teachers and staff in all three TLS locations.
Molly graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University with an undergraduate degree in health and human services. She earned her master’s degree from Norfolk State University, and is licensed to practice social work in Ohio.
With a strong background in mental health, crisis intervention and de-escalation, Molly has helped parents at a Children’s hospital adjust to new diagnoses; and provided college students and staff with therapy, support, guidance and referrals. She has worked in private practice, and while living in South America, helped embassy families adjust to the post.
Molly is looking forward to starting her new position with TLS and helping students, families and staff cope with whatever is happening in their lives. She is excited to watch the position grow and change to meet the needs of everyone at TLS.
Molly and her husband, three children and their dog relocated to Ohio from South America one and a half years ago to be closer to family. She enjoys being outside, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her kids and family.
