We may be right in the middle of winter, but TLS is already thinking about the warmer weather! Summer will be here before we know it, and plans are underway for the 2016 TLS Summer Camp!
Summer Camp will be held from June 13-July 21, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at all of our TLS locations: Worthington, Canal Winchester, Newark and Sunbury.
Each week will offer your child an exciting and fun new theme, with creative ways to learn and grow. Our themes will encompass the areas of drama, art, music therapy and dance:
- Inside Out
- Star Wars
- Wizards and Magic
- Wildest Dreams
- Rock ‘n Roll
- Carry Your Flag
Campers will also have the opportunity to attend a weekly workshop led by Aaron Lopez (MFA, Hunter Heartbeat Method) and art and music therapy groups.
Classroom teachers will continue the fun with cooking, outdoor play, crafts and activities centered on creative arts and academics.
The cost for the camp is $3,000 (ASD/related disorders) and limited spots will be available for Medicaid waiver funding. Please call our office for sibling/peer rates.
