TLS Director of Employee Relations Angela DiNovo knows this all too well. Angela recently received her Certification in Diversity and Inclusion through Cornell University.
This certification included courses in:
Counteracting Unconscious Bias,
Fostering an Inclusive Climate,
Improving Engagement, and
Diversity and Inclusion at Work
An inclusive environment can not only make or break a company, but, for a school like TLS, it can impact the entire school community, from staff, to students and their families. As a school for Autism, TLS understands all too well the importance of inclusion. We are excited to continue to grow and learn and and make inclusion and diversity a focal point of our school community.
