Inclusion

The Learning Spectrum works with private schools throughout Columbus and surrounding areas to provide IEP consult, 1:1 instructional aide support, tutoring, and therapies to children with ASD in a full-inclusion setting. Some of the techniques used to help support children in the classroom include environmental design, visual supports, positive behavior plans, curricular adaptations, communication supports, and teaching and supporting social awareness. Funding for these services includes the Autism Scholarship program, Jon Peterson Scholarship, as well as insurance and other county funding programs.
