October is a fun-filled month at TLS! We hope you will mark your calendars and plan to join us at the following events:
Trunk or Treat
The TLS PTO will be hosting its very first Truck or Treat event, which will be an evening of fun activities for the whole family!
Trunk or Treat will be held on Thursday, October 20 from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at TLS Central, 125 Dillmont Drive. All TLS location families and staff are welcome, and trick or treating is open to children of all ages. Costumes are optional.
Participating families will park in the center of the parking lot with trunks open, and pass out candy or non-food treats to our trick or treaters! You are welcome to decorate your trunk if you wish!

The Make it Fit Foundation’s Designer Handbag Bingo
Join The Learning Spectrum as we support The Make it Fit Foundation’s Designer Handbag Bingo on Saturday, October 22! The event will take place at Le Meridien, 620 N. High Street, Columbus. Doors open at 5 p.m. and Bingo begins at 7 p.m.
You’ll have a chance to win purses made by top designers such as kate spade, Tory Burch, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Prada. It will be an evening of cocktails, a delicious dinner, delectable desserts, wine, giveaways and more. All proceeds will benefit The Make it Fit Foundation’s advocacy division, which helps families build the education foundation children so desperately need.
